Education & Training

Education is a key component of clinical research.

The CRF is dedicated to providing relevant training courses for those interested or working in clinical research. It acknowledges the importance of continuing professional development and supports on-going education. The CRF provides regular ICH GCP training courses, which are open to investigators and research staff undertaking clinical research. The CRF will be providing ICH GCP training on the following dates in the seminar room H&H building:

• 10th November 2017
• 9th February 2018 
• 18th May 2018  
• 27th July 2018
• 10th September 2018
• 16th November 2018

The CRF also organises and coordinates monthly education seminars specifically aimed at Research Nurses in St. James’s Hospital – the “NERD” club.

The CRF has a technologically advanced seminar room located on the ground floor of the facility with full state of the art videoconferencing facilities.
